Baudry, Chinon Les Granges 2023, Loire

From Cabernet Franc grown in Chinon on slopes close to the Loire river on recently laid down alluvial terraces of mixed soils of gravels and sand. This terroir produces an easy drinking Cabernet Franc.  Two week fermentation in cement tanks then further eight months aging in cement. To be drunk young for its freshness and beautiful fruit.
