80% Spätburgunder and 20% Weissburgunder. The Spätburgunder was directly pressed, a “blanc de noirs” as the French say, and then blended with the Weissburgunder. While it is a blend of three vintages (2017, 2019 and 2021) most of the grapes come from the brisk 2021 vintage and from the top single-vineyards (Bellen, Kanzel and Möhlin).The wine spent two years on the lees and was disgorged in 2024; no dosage.
