Vollenweider, Riesling Trocken, Mosel, Germany 2025

A stellar dry, mineral and juicy Riesling from this tiny Mosel estate. The wine is a blend from three of their sites around Traben-Trarbach, steep grey slate vineyard of Wolfer Goldrube, old viens in Trarbacher Burgberg that bring freshness, and south-facing Krover Steffensberg which give the juicy broadness. Native yeast fermented, mostly in stainless for fermentation. This will turn all Riesling skeptics into believers.
