VDP Collines Rhodaniennes; Syrah from young Crozes Hermitage vines, taken from multiple parcels with varied exposure. Alluvial soils with a lot of rolling rocks that absorb heat and restore the soils in the evening. Sustainably farmed, including leaf pulling and green harvest. 100% destemmed, temperature controlled fermentation to preserve fruit, three week cuvaison. Aged 9 months in tank.
