With an explosion of aromas- heady notes of olive/violet and black pepper jump out of the glass, and soft but present tannins, this wine is hard to resist. Certainly no surprise, considering Vincent Paris has quickly risen to high acclaim for his elegant, layered and captivating wines. Nephew of Cornas legend, Robert Michel, and co-president of the Cornas appellation, now on his 26th vintage, Vincent knows a thing or two about Cornas. Crafted from younger vines planted on east-facing granite slopes at elevations up to 300 meters, this wine showcases the region's unique terroir. With a commitment to organic and biodynamic practices, Vincent Paris produces wines that reflect both tradition and innovation. Only 1,600 cases of Cornas are produced a year, we recommended grabbing some!
