The 2023 Troupis Holy Mania is a vibrant white wine from the Mantinia PDO in Arcadia, Greece, made entirely from the Moschofilero grape. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards, it’s fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel, remaining unfiltered to preserve its purity. The wine offers aromas of white peach and citron, with a fresh, slightly acidic palate and a jasmine-infused finish. With 12.5% alcohol, it pairs perfectly with grilled fish, shellfish, and lemon-based dishes.
