Barbera grapes sourced from Roero and the Torriglione site adjacent to the winery in la Morra 

Fermented 12 days then the wine is aged a few months in concrete and stainless steel. 

A fresh drinking style. The absence of oak in the winemaking accentuates the bright acid, which balances a fuller juicy mouthfeel of textured barbera fruit.  Super food friendly.
