Tissot, Jura, Chardonnay "Patchwork" 2023

Tissot Patchwork Chardonnay is a refined, organic white wine from Jura, France, known for its purity and balance. Made with biodynamic practices, the fruit is sourced from several different sites - hence the name.  Indigenous yeasts. Aged a year in oak, 10% of which is new. A long established Domaine  in the Jura.
