Thomas Perseval's Art’ Terre, a biodynamically farmed, organic Champagne from Premier Cru Chamery in Montagne de Reims, blends 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay. Fermented in various oak barrels and aged on lees for 24–30 months, it undergoes hand disgorgement and features no dosage and minimal sulfur. Bright, structured, and vertical, it offers vivid fruit on the nose and a fresh, savory, intense palate.
