Sierra del Toloño, Nahikun Blanco 2024

Nahikun Blanco comes from some of Sandra's oldest vines, found over five micro plots near her village of Villabuena de Álava. She revived the older vines, they're planted on shallow, rocky soils with many different varietals including Malvasia, Vienna, Royal, Calagrano and more forgotten varieties. The wine is a field blend of those, made in 500 liter barrels.
