Soif is a wild-fermented cider made by blending cherry- and strawberry-aged ciders with nearly a tonne of Maréchal Foch red wine skins for an extra hit of red fruit and texture. It bursts with flavors of strawberries, Montmorency cherries, and plush, juicy acidity, all wrapped in a dry, tart finish. Think of it as the rosé wineries wish they made—bold, fruity, and refreshing, with absolutely no residual sugar. At 6.4% ABV and completely gluten-free, vegan, and crushable, Soif is pure, unapologetic fun in a bottle.
