Raventos I Blanc (Can Sumoi), Muntanya-Extra Brut 2024

The wine is part of the Can Sumoi project—a high-altitude estate restored from an abandoned 20-year-old property. Situated 600 meters above sea level in the Serra de l'Home mountain range, the winery uses certified-organic, biodynamic principles and zero oenological additives.
