Poderi Cellario's 2024 Langhe Favorita "Lafrea" is a crisp, dry white wine crafted from 100% Favorita (Vermentino) grapes. Produced by third-generation winemakers Fausto and Cinzia Cellario in Carrù, Piedmont, this wine showcases their commitment to organic and traditional winemaking practices. The wine is fermented spontaneously using indigenous yeasts, aged on lees in stainless steel, and bottled with minimal sulfur, unfiltered and unfined. It offers aromas of citrus and floral notes, with flavors of pear, peach, and a hint of minerality.
