Handcrafted red wine from indigenous varietals grown in the West Bank. Dry farmed on limestone and clay. Destemmed and co-fermented. A lighter weight wine of 12.5% alcohol. 2,232 bottles produced. 

Philokalia is a passion project of Sari Khoury, who makes wines from old vine native grapes in his Bethlehem garage.
