Crafted by Rajat Parr, this wine blends 60% Chardonnay and 40% Savagnin, fermented spontaneously and aged for 12 months in neutral oak barrels without fining, filtration, or added sulfur. The result is a taut, mineral-driven wine with flavors of lemon, pear, and subtle spice, showcasing the unique terroir of the coastal vineyard. Produced in limited quantities, it reflects Phelan Farm's commitment to regenerative farming and minimal intervention winemaking.
