Phelan Farm Chardonnay from the San Luis Obispo Coast is a cool-climate, minimal-intervention wine crafted by Rajat Parr. Grown on own-rooted vines near San Simeon and influenced by ocean breezes, the wine is fermented in large puncheons with partial new oak and aged in stainless steel without sulfur, fining, or filtration. The vineyard follows regenerative farming, incorporating biodynamic and permaculture principles to preserve soil health.
