Moreau-Naudet, Petit Chablis, Burgundy 2023

This comes from a 2.5 ha parcel of younger vines. The fruit was hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts and then aged in steel vats for 9 months before bottling. A fresh white Burgundy worth your while and just delicious with oysters - fried or fresh.
