Jo Landron helped transform Muscadet from a simple, briny white into a more complex, age-worthy wine. Working in France’s Loire Valley, he has long focused on organic and biodynamic farming to highlight the land’s natural character. Since the 1980s, he’s used low yields, natural fermentation, and extended aging to create more expressive wines shaped by their soils.
