I Vigneri, Etna Bianco Superiore, Vigna de Milo, Sicily 2023

I Vigneri is a collective of many producers in Etna, spanning 30 ha, with the winemaking being led by Salvo Foti. Foti was the winemaker at Benanti for many years, before he split off and began the I Vigneri project. These wines are fantastic examples of this volcanic area of Etna, made by the farmers and winemakers native to the region. The Vigna de Milo comes from the town Milo, the only town that can be labeled "Superiore" for Etna Bianco.
