Haliotide Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs is a limited-production sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the coastal Le Fenil Vineyard in Edna Valley, situated five miles from the Pacific on the northwestern edge of Edna Valley. Crafted using the traditional method, it undergoes fermentation and nine months of aging in neutral French oak and stainless steel, followed by 33 months en tirage, and is finished with a low 4 g/L dosage.
