Haliotide Extra Brut Rosé is a limited-production sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the coastal Topotero Vineyard in Avila Beach, just 1.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Crafted using the traditional method, it undergoes fermentation and nine months of aging in neutral French oak, followed by 30 months en tirage, and is finished with a low 4 g/L dosage.
