Haliotide Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc is a limited-production sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the coastal Bassi Vineyard in Avila Beach, 1.2 miles from the ocean. Crafted using the traditional method, it undergoes fermentation and nine months of aging in neutral French oak, followed by 35 months en tirage, and is finished with a low 1 g/L dosage.
