Gulfi, Carjcanti, Sicily 2022

On Sicily’s southeast coast, there are few people crafting wines as good as Gulfi. Working with indigenous and international grape varieties, this is a wine made from 100% organic Carricante grapes, 50% fermented in stainless steel and 50% in large used botti. Fresh and vibrant, boasting orchard fruit flavours such as peach and apple. The fruit follows through to a smooth and delicious palate, with a hint of almonds and lovely minerality.
