Jean-Philippe is amongst the top ranks of winemakers in Meursault, his Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from six different plots in the village. Farmed sustainably with no use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, Fichet seeks full transparency of Meursault in his wines. This may be the entry point to his line up, but really over-delivers. Green apple, lemon cream, bright and energetic contrasted by notes of hazelnut and cream.
