Domaine Taille aux Loups Montlouis Remus, Loire, 2021

100% Chenin Blanc. Does not go through malolactic fermentation. Fermented and aged in barrel - about 20% new - which gives a certain weight and texture in the mouth to balance the risk acidity.  A great wine for the table.
