From the Savoie in the foothills of the Alps - 40% Jacquere  / 40% Chardonnay / 20% Mondeuse Blanc - biodynamically farmed and harvested separately and then blended - grown on shale and limestone mixed with hard black shale and clay.  Aged nine months in wooden vats.
