Corzano e Paterno Chianti “Terre di Corzano” 2023 is a textbook Tuscan red blend (90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo), hand‑harvested and fermented separately with indigenous yeasts. After 21–35 days maceration, it undergoes malolactic fermentation in wood and steel, aging about a year in large botti. The wine shows intense ruby color, classic aromas of cherry, bay leaf, thyme and sandalwood, and a poised palate marked by powdery tannins, bright acidity, and a cool, structured finish
