Combier, Bourgogne Blanc 2023

Arnaud Combier makes wine all over Burgundy, from Beaujolais in the south to Chablis in the north. But all of his bottlings have a few things in common. Organic farming, minimal oak, and a style focused on freshness. It’s no surprise that Arnaud collaborates with Francois de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles, or that he previously worked at the most renowned estate in the Maconnais, Domaine Valette. This White Burgundy is ripe-fruited and juicy, balanced by subtle mineral notes and crisp acidity.
