Château de Béru Chablis Terroirs de Béru is a white wine from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Crafted by winemaker Athénaïs de Béru, this cuvée is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes cultivated through biodynamic practices. This cuvée is a blend of grapes from various parcels on the Béru hill, characterized by high altitude and a northern position within the Chablis vineyards. The vineyards are planted on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in marine fossils, which impart a distinctive minerality to the wine.

Pale yellow, brilliant; expressive aromas of citrus fruits, particularly lemon and grapefruit, intertwined with mineral notes and a touch of apple. Vivacious fruit and liveliness with a classic mouthfeel.
