Farmed biodynamically and one quarter of the property is ploughed with a horse named Violette.

Aged 11 months sur lie in oak barrels, many of which are made from trees from the forest of Fossoy, no malolactic fermentation, bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Benoit is an eighth generation vigneron who returned to the family estate after working for Bollinger. He is committed to natural farming and aims to craft unadultered, pure Pinot Meunier.  The Cuvee La Rue de Noyers is named for the walnut trees that line the parcel.
