Bernard Baudry, Chinon Blanc "Le Domaine"

The white Domaine Chenin Blanc is a charming wine with notes of white fruit and citrus. Though totally dry, its roundness makes it pleasant in its youth. Several plots on clay and limestone coteaux. 5-15 years of age. Manual harvest, slow fermentation in large oak barrel until the wine is dry (less than 2 grams of residual sugar).
