Entirely made from Pinot Noir by Domaine Chevrot , located in Maranges in the Cote de Beaune.  Organically farmed. Low dosage to allow full expression of the terroir in which the grapes are grown.  Vibrant. Long. The grower suggests drinking it as an aperitif or with red fruited deserts.
