High density planted vineyard at 350 mètres altitude gives Sangiovese fruit (plus small quantities of fruit from other varieties )of great purity. Fermented in open topped wooden tanks. Aged  in mid-sized old oak barrels. A wine of great elegance, balance and grace. Le Trame means 'intrigues" which relate to the complex negotiations that were required to acquire the property.
