Phelan Farm's 2022 Autrement is a red blend from California's San Luis Obispo Coast, crafted by Rajat Parr. Inspired by the Savoie region of France, it combines 40% Gamay, 40% Mondeuse, and 20% Pinot Noir, all fermented whole-cluster with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged in neutral oak. The wine is produced with minimal intervention—no sulfur, fining, or filtration—reflecting the farm's commitment to biodynamic and regenerative farming practices.
