SLO Coast AVA Bassi Vineyard, owned by Mikey and Gina Giugni (Scar of the Sea and Lady of the Sunshine) sits on the San Luis Obispo Coast, just a few miles from the Pacific in Avila Beach. The site’s cool climate, marine influence, and calcareous soils.

Vinification: 100% whole cluster, fermented in an open top stainless steel ferment and macerated for seventeen days. Aged in neutral Stockinger 1200L Foudre, native yeast, minimal sulfur—so the wine feels pure, energetic, and terroir-driven.
