Montepeloso, IGT "Eneo", Tuscany 2022

The 2022 Montepeloso Eneo is a Super Tuscan red, made primarily from Sangiovese (65%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), with a touch of Malvasia Nera. Aged for 9 months in second- and third-use French oak, followed by additional bottle aging, it develops a refined and expressive profile. The wine offers aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and Mediterranean herbs, with hints of tobacco and leather. On the palate, it’s full-bodied with velvety tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, polished finish.
