Fratelli Alessandria, Barolo, Monvigliero 2021

The 2021 Barolo Monvigliero is one of the best wines I have tasted from Fratelli Alessandria in some time. The aromatics alone are haunting in their beauty. Rose petal, tangerine peel, cinnamon, kirsch, pomegranate and mint explode from the glass. Beams of supporting tannin give the wine its vertical build. This is such a promising Barolo.
