This is Dostert’s calling card wine and for him one of the most important wines he makes. For this NV blend we have a super unique blend of direct press Chardonnay, Elbling and Pinot Gris from 2023 blended with a light, 100% whole cluster, carbonic maceration Pinot Noir from 2022.
