Domaine Y. Clerget, , Volnay, Burgundy, 2022

The Clerget Family has been in Burgundy since 1268! When Thibaud took over from his father Yvon in 2015 he announced the re-emergence of Domaine Y.  Clerget. After Thibaud took over the wines were renewed becoming more fresh and elegant rather than focusing on oak. 

Pinot Noir, De-stemmed, indigenous yeast, aged in 2-3 old barrels, unfiltered/ unfined.
