Vinedos Verticales Sierras de Malaga "La Raspa" Blanco, 2023, Spain

La Raspa Blanco 2023 is a vibrant, saline white wine crafted from 80% Moscatel de Alexandría and 20% Doradilla grown on steep, schist‑rich vineyards in Málaga’s Axarquía. Harvested by hand in small boxes carried by mules, the grapes are fermented separately with indigenous yeasts and aged for five months on fine lees in concrete vats. The result is an aromatic, floral, citrus‑tinged wine with refreshing acidity, elegant minerality, and a crisp, saline finish.
