Trediberri, La Morra, Barolo Berri 2021, 1.5L, Piedmont

From the Berri vineyard on the westernmost side of La Morra.

Fermented in concrete and for about 12-14 days followed by a six to seven day maceration. Total skin-juice contact is about three weeks. Then malolactic takes place in oak. The wine ages for around 20 months in 52 HL and 25Hl oak Garbellotto barrels. The wine rests for some months in concrete before being bottled in theSpring of the year before the release.

The biggest scaled Berri Barolo they have made here, though still made in the relatively approachable style of the estate.
