Crafted by third-generation winemakers Fausto and Cinzia, it reflects their hands-off, organic approach, using native yeasts and minimal intervention. Bright and lively, it shows notes of citrus, pear, and peach with a light mineral touch. Its crisp acidity and light body make it a great match for seafood, simple pastas, or fresh salads.
