Phelan Farm's Chardonnay Rosé is a rare wine from California's San Luis Obispo Coast, crafted from a pink-berried mutation of Chardonnay. Inspired by traditional Jura winemaking, Rajat Parr ferments the grapes on their skins for ten days in stainless steel, then ages the wine in neutral oak without filtration, fining, or added sulfur dioxide. The result is a delicate, salmon-hued rosé with aromas of bruised citrus and a crisp, mineral-driven palate.
