Domaine Michel Lafarge, Aligote Raisins Dores, Burgundy, 2022

Domaine Michel Lafarge Bourgogne Aligoté "Raisins Dorés" is crafted from 85-year-old Aligoté Doré vines grown on 0.8 hectares of clay-limestone soils. Fermented with native yeasts and aged 3–6 months in neutral barrels, this biodynamic wine is vinified with whole-cluster pressing and no oak influence. It offers aromas of orchard fruit, citrus peel, and white flowers, with a textured, mineral-driven palate and bright acidity.
