Comm. G.B. Burlotto’s 2024 Sauvignon Bianco (Langhe DOC Viridis) is a crisp, aromatic white from Verduno in Piemonte, made from 100 % Sauvignon Blanc. The wine shows pale straw‑yellow with green hues, and exudes fresh notes of grapefruit, lime zest, green pepper, and fragrant herbs. The palate is vibrant and mineral‑tinged, with zippy acidity, salinity, and a dry finish. Best served chilled (~10 °C), it pairs beautifully with grilled fish, rice salads, and vegetables. One of the most complete versions of this wine we can remember.
