66% Pinot Noir, 33% Gamay; alcohol: 12.5%; plots in Chassagne-Montrachet, near the AOC villages vineyards; clay soil; harvested with short maceration; fermented using only indigenous yeasts in used French oak barrels; aged a little less than a year; bottled unfined and unfiltered.
