L’Octavin purchased Sylvaner from friends in Alsace, fermented for 6 weeks whole-cluster. The long skin contact brings body and texture. After that period it is pressed and rests on lees until the following spring when it is bottled.

Medium bodied, floral with citrus and spice notes.
